The headline in Thursday’s edition of DIÁRIO NOTÍCIAS reveals that a ‘virtual credit card’ unlocks the mobility subsidy. The new model being prepared by the Government will allow passengers to pay only the reference value of their trips, with the remainder covered by the State, with support from banks and airlines.
