Easyjet Gatwick looks like its diverting to Mainland at the moment.
A few other flights also diverted earlier this afternoon, with the Azores flight from Ponta Delgada diverting to Porto Santo, and a flight TAP Airbus A330-900neo returned back to Lisbon.
A number of flights are waiting including BA Gatwick and Jet2 Luton.
BA Gatwick is diverting to Pirto Santo as I write, and the Gatwick easyJet flight is heading towards Portugal.
