Establishments selling coffee, bread and other items are being forced to stop selling coffee, only permitted bread and cakes to take home.
The justification put forward by the police authorities is that by banning take-away sales, it guarantees the end of new clusters of people who were starting to register with these establishments, and drinking coffee on the streets.
