The Secretary of Tourism has met with agents of the sector to prepare the resumption of activity in safety.
According to Miguel Albuquerque, this plan is being worked out using meetings with hoteliers and other agents. At these meetings, various scenarios and hypotheses are being considered so that Madeira can again receive tourists safely. However, the president left no date or estimated deadlines for the reopening of the sector.
